Job Summary:

PTSI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in implementing and executing marketing strategies. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in various marketing activities, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Content Creation & Management: Support the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, email newsletters, company presentations, video promotion and website updates. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead Generation: Cold-calling to potential clients
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, processing invoices, and organizing marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Other duties: Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a marketing support role is a plus. Fresh graduates with strong academic records and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with video editing, photo editing, canva and others.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
