About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at SHALOM HEALTHCARE SERVICES in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
  2. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content across various channels
  3. Coordinating and executing marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities
  4. Providing administrative support to the marketing department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
  5. Conducting market research and data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making
  6. Supporting the development and maintenance of the company's website and social media platforms
  7. Liaising with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Relevant experience in a marketing assistant or coordinator role, preferably within the healthcare industry
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
