Responsibilities

The Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing for Rewards & Loyalty is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive engagement, activation, and retention within the brand's rewards or loyalty program. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.

  • Assist in planning and executing loyalty marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, member engagement, and redemption trends
  • Collaborate with digital, CRM, and creative teams to develop content and assets for loyalty communications
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for program enhancements
  • Support the management of loyalty program platforms and tools
  • Help develop and maintain member lifecycle journeys and segmentation strategies
  • Track budgets, timelines, and campaign KPIs to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, loyalty programs, or CRM
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms, email marketing tools, and customer data analytics is a plus
