KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and secure new clients for international and domestic air and sea freight forwarding services.
- Develop and expand business within existing accounts by cross-selling other services and conduct market research to identify opportunities in target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics decision-makers (importers/exporters, manufacturers, traders).
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and attend client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions to generate leads.
- Provide timely feedback on customer requirements and service gaps and assist in the account onboarding and handover process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any business related course.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics as sales executive/agent.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs procedures, and trade regulations.
- Excellent communication skills
- An existing network of logistics clients (importers/exporters) is highly desirable.
- Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Willing to work in Malate, Manila
