KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Identify and secure new clients for international and domestic air and sea freight forwarding services.
  2. Develop and expand business within existing accounts by cross-selling other services and conduct market research to identify opportunities in target industries.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics decision-makers (importers/exporters, manufacturers, traders).
  4. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
  5. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and attend client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions to generate leads.
  7. Provide timely feedback on customer requirements and service gaps and assist in the account onboarding and handover process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A graduate of bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any business related course.
  2. Preferably with 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics as sales executive/agent.
  3. Strong knowledge of international logistics, customs procedures, and trade regulations.
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. An existing network of logistics clients (importers/exporters) is highly desirable.
  6. Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings.
  7. Willing to work in Malate, Manila
