Brand Executive

We are looking for an experienced Brand Executive to lead the overall direction, growth, and expansion of our brand. This role is both strategic and hands-on—covering everything from marketing initiatives, merchandising, financial planning, and sales analysis to team leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Brand Executive will work closely with principals, vendors, and agencies, while driving internal teams to ensure that brand strategies align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Development
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen positioning and expand market presence.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and business growth.
- Make data-driven decisions on product assortment, pricing, and inventory management.
- Oversee seasonal sell-through to ensure an optimal product mix.
2. Operations & Store Development
- Conduct brand and product training for retail staff.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across stores and touchpoints.
- Explore new retail opportunities to expand brand visibility.
3. Principal & Vendor Management
- Serve as the key liaison with principals on new collections, pricing, and orders.
- Manage client and principal concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for marketing activities and campaigns.
4. Sales & Analytics
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Assess seasonal product performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
- Use customer insights and feedback to guide marketing decisions.
5. Business Planning & Financial Management
- Prepare business plans, proposals, and reports for management and principals.
- Manage marketing budgets, operational spend, and capital expenditures.
- Evaluate profitability across channels and recommend growth strategies.
6. Merchandising & Inventory Coordination
- Collaborate with the Merchandising/Buying team on allocations, promotions, and sell-through optimization.
7. Brand Marketing & Strategy
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, PR, influencer, events).
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to guide decisions.
- Manage media planning, content development, and brand activations.
8. Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and inspire team members and partners to achieve business goals.
- Align strategies with Operations, Merchandising, and Finance teams.
- Implement performance management and discipline as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of brand management experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role (preferably in retail).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Experience in sales forecasting, business planning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of digital marketing and analytics is a plus. - Results-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive independently.
- Open to work full-onsite from Monday to Friday
