What is your mission?

We are looking for an Odoo Developer to customize, maintain, and optimize Odoo ERP solutions that power our business operations. You will work on module development, system integrations, and performance enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you have hands-on experience with Odoo (Community or Enterprise), Python, and ERP workflows, this is your chance to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Customize and develop Odoo modules based on business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into technical Odoo configurations.
  • Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and external platforms.
  • Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and ensure system stability across all Odoo modules.
  • Manage Odoo upgrades and version migrations while ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide technical documentation and conduct user training when needed.
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and product teams for ERP alignment.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Community or Enterprise editions).
  • Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Proven experience developing Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
  • Experience with Odoo Studio, , or on-premise deployments.
  • Familiarity with Git version control.
  • Experience integrating Odoo with external platforms (eCommerce, CRM, logistics APIs).
  • Knowledge of Linux-based servers and Odoo server maintenance.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello).
  • Previous ERP implementation project experience is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
