Unlimited Coffee & Water – Keep refreshed and energized throughout the day. 2 days weekly rest for a better work-life balance Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to support the setup, development, and integration of Odoo ERP for a cabinet manufacturing and renovation business . This role combines technical ERP configuration , administrative coordination , and bookkeeping support , ensuring accurate data management and efficient system operations. Key Responsibilities Configure and support Odoo ERP modules including Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting. Integrate Cabinet Vision data into Odoo through product mapping and CSV structuring. Collaborate with developers and consultants to refine workflows and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Handle bookkeeping functions using Odoo and MYOB, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payroll support. Maintain accurate production, financial, and historical data within Odoo. Organize documentation and coordinate internal reporting using Microsoft 365 . Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field. 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, bookkeeping, or systems coordination. Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP configuration, integration, and module setup. Proficient in MYOB for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting. Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) for documentation and data management. Strong understanding of financial management, reconciliations, and payroll processing, with knowledge of CSV structuring and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ERP rollout. Familiarity with Cabinet Vision or similar manufacturing systems, and experience in cabinetry or manufacturing industries, is an advantage. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive approach to independent work. Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
