
Purchasing Coordinator

Purchasing Coordinator consider price, quality, availability, reliability, and technical support when choosing suppliers and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, pricing data, and supplier documentation.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while negotiating for best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to align purchasing needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance and product quality to ensure high standards are met.
- Stay updated on market trends and develop effective purchasing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the Supermarket, Hotel, or Restaurant industry.
- Proficient in Purchase Order Software (e.g., Platinum, Odoo).
- Must possess a valid driver's license
