Job Description

As an Odoo Developer, you will design, develop, and customize modules to meet business needs. You will enhance functionality, create integrations, and ensure system stability, delivering secure, scalable solutions that support global operations.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 200,000

The Qualifications We Seek

Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience developing with Odoo (version 18)
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language
• Deep understanding of Odoo framework including ORM, views, models, and controllers
• Proficiency in XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of ERP business processes (accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing)
• Experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certification or relevant ERP certifications

Your Daily Tasks

• Design and develop custom Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements
• Customize existing Odoo modules to enhance functionality and meet specific client needs
• Create and modify reports, workflows, and user interfaces within the Odoo framework
• Develop integrations between Odoo and third-party systems using APIs and web services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code following best practices
• Implement security measures and ensure data integrity
• Conduct code reviews and maintain version control using Git
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Odoo applications
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated with Odoo framework updates and implement necessary upgrades
