About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our team across lead generation, marketing initiatives, and social media analytics. This role is designed to be flexible and adaptive; you won't be doing everything at once. Instead, your focus will shift depending on campaign cycles, project timelines, and client priorities.

Some weeks may focus more on analytics and reporting, while others may be geared toward supporting outbound lead generation or helping execute client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Generation

  • Research and identify new prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Create and manage prospect lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for outreach campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with marketing-qualified leads through outbound initiatives.
  • Track and report lead generation results, optimizing campaigns for conversion.

Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives

  • Assist in planning and executing internal campaigns (employee engagement, brand alignment, etc.) and external campaigns (product launches, client promotions, events).
  • Support the development and implementation of multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, and events).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create campaign assets and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights for improvement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Social Media Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor trends, competitor performance, and audience behavior to optimize social media campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships considered).
  • Strong understanding of outbound marketing tactics (LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, prospecting).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Odoo).
  • Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
