Telesales Consultant (Cold Calling) - Education Sector - Remote - UK Market

Location: Remote (Philippines-based, targeting the UK Market)

Basic Salary: PHP 30,000 per month + SPIFFS + Commission

Working Hours: UK Time 11 AM to 7 PM (6PM to 2AM Manila time)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven and experienced Telesales Consultant to join our fast-growing, high-performing remote sales team. You'll be speaking to UK-based prospects and working closely with our admissions team to help students access higher education opportunities.

This is a pure outbound sales role—you'll be dialling cold leads provided to you, so proven success in cold calling is essential.

To be successful in this role: you must have demonstrable success in outbound cold calling.

What You'll Do:

  • Make 250+ outbound calls per day to potential clients in the UK education market
  • Pitch and explain our services clearly, persuasively, and professionally
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline through CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to maximise conversions

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent
  • 3+ years of outbound telesales experience, especially in UK, US, or AUS markets
  • A proven track record of success in cold calling
  • Confident, resilient, and self-motivated with persuasive communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using dialers, CRM software, and productivity tools
  • Must be able to work UK business hours (6PM - 2AM Manila Time)
