We partner with founders and growing companies across APAC, helping them scale faster through hands-on support in lead generation, sales, and operations. From F&B tech to sustainable products, edtech, medical, cloud solutions, and maritime, we work with some of the most exciting and fast-growing companies in the region.

Now, we're growing our own outbound sales team, and we're looking for a cold caller who knows how to break the ice and open real conversations.

What You'll Do:

  • Run outbound campaigns via cold calls and follow-up emails.
  • Reach out to startup founders and business owners directly.
  • Qualify leads and book intro calls for the sales team.
  • Keep records updated in CRM and report progress weekly.
  • Test new scripts and outreach ideas to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve messaging and strategy.
  • Research new markets and build target lists.

Example KPIs: 50+ dials/day, 5+ connects/day, 2–3 meetings/week

What You'll Need:

  • Comfortable holding conversations without a script — can adapt based on the person, not just the playbook. (MUST)
  • 3–5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (especially cold calling).
  • Proven success booking qualified meetings or hitting outreach KPIs.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Confident phone presence — can build trust in 30 seconds.
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Organized and accountable with daily/weekly reporting.
