Growsari is looking for Telesales Agents to engage with partner stores, promote our products and services, and strengthen customer relationships. This role focuses on customer education, upselling, and driving store retention through effective communication. You will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and help achieve sales targets while building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new users by educating them on Growsari's features and services, while encouraging self-ordering and upselling to improve retention.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to both existing and potential customers using effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calls and follow-ups.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and promote products/services effectively.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous telesales experience is preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Day shift
- 6 days per week
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
