Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
  • Build rapport with prospects and identify their needs to generate interest.
  • Set appointments for the sales team and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
  • Use dialing systems and CRM tools effectively to track outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in building rapport.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Competence in using collaboration tools like Slack and ClickUp is a plus.
