Telesales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to uncover new prospects.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations via video calls and remote tools.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements that ensure profitable outcomes.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships remotely.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored lending solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns promptly.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and competitor strategies.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on client needs and trends.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales planning.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Goal-driven, resilient, and able to handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and remote communication tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
