Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Loan Processing Officer to join our Clients' mortgage team. The successful candidate will be responsible to review, process, and finalize loan apps; ensure compliance; handle office admin; collaborate on deadlines; monitor progress and resolve issues; capture training.

Work Set Up:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Work Setup: Onsite
  • Location: Makati
  • Client Industry: Finance / Home Loans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loan Processing - Review, prepare, and finalise loan applications with accuracy and

attention to detail.

  • File Auditing and Compliance - Ensure application/files are compliant with lending policies,

procedures, and regulatory requirements (based on a checklist).

  • General Office Admin - filing, documenting etc.
  • Collaboration - Working with client to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor loan progress, identify potential issues, and proactively resolve them to prevent

delays.

  • Capturing Training sessions (Via video recordings) and transforming into actionable,

issuable documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related role.
  • Previous experience in loan processing, administration, or a similar financial services role

(preferred).

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using loan management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite -

to be learned.

  • Good communication skills.
