About the role

We are looking for a Loan Processing Assistant who will handle the preparation, verification, and completion of loan documents for approved accounts. The role ensures accurate processing, timely disbursement, and proper coordination with various departments.

What you'll be doing?

  • Prepare and arrange requirements and loan documents for approved accounts.
  • Encode account details into the Loan Management System (LMS) up to disbursement.
  • Coordinate with Audit and Accounting for document validation, check preparation, and signatures.
  • File and organize loan folders after release; prepare PDC transmittals when needed.
  • Update client insurance and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist Account Officers with requests such as Pre-Term Computations, Statements of Account, and Credit Investigations.
  • Perform occasional fieldwork to support Account Officers and meet with clients when necessary.

What we're looking for?

  • Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in loan processing, documentation, or a related field (experience in a financial or lending company is an advantage).
  • Analytical, hardworking, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to do fieldwork to support Account Officers and meet clients.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati.
