Job Summary

  • Manages daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Loan Accounting Reports for SB Finance Loan Operations Division; Ensures timely and accurate reporting to internal and external SB Finance affiliates; aids other members in the Operations Division and/ or SB Finance as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares related schedules; financial; and accounting reports provided to internal and external stakeholders within the prescribed timeline/s;
  • Verifies movements of Banking Booked, and movements of SB Finance Loan accounts; determines and validates variances; coordinates with developers and/ or Finance in addressing the identified variances;
  • Prepares the reclassification and adjusting entries of loan related gl accounts.
  • Coordinates the transactions with abnormal balances to processing units for proper disposition.
  • Creates the payment request form for Notarial billings from the accredited vendor.
  • Provides Loans Accounting-related requirements for internal and external audits by referring to audit requirements schedules/checklists to meet audit timelines and deliverables to regulators.
