Key Responsibilities

Loan Intake & Assignment

• Receive and assign new loan submissions via email or submission form.
• Match borrowers with appropriate loan officers (based on request or round-robin assignment).

Loan Application & Initial Review

• Collaborate with loan officers and borrowers to finalize loan applications in ARIVE.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Pull and review credit findings.
• Identify suitable loan programs and run AUS findings (if applicable).
• Collect and review borrower documentation (e.g., purchase contracts, pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, IDs).

Disclosures & Compliance

• Prepare and send initial disclosures, ensuring accuracy of fees and loan officer approval.
• Track borrower signatures and handle redisclosures when terms are updated.
• Ensure full TRID and compliance adherence throughout the process.
• Maintain detailed communication notes in ARIVE.

Borrower, Loan Officer, and Partner Communication

• Maintain consistent communication with borrowers and loan officers throughout the loan process.
• Provide weekly borrower status updates to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
• Assist processors with document collection.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors (appraisers, title companies, insurance agents).

Pipeline & File Management

• Maintain an organized pipeline tracker (including lock expirations, appraisal deadlines, and closing dates).
• Conduct pre-submission audits before files are sent to processing.
• Monitor AUS findings and update records as needed.

Quality Control & Loan Officer Support

• Review loan estimates, fees, and product selections for accuracy.
• Support loan officers with ARIVE usage and borrower portal navigation.
• Track and verify credit report charges and billing accuracy.

Closing & Post-Closing Support

• Prepare pre-closing checklists and verify final Closing Disclosure accuracy.
• Support condition clearing with processing teams.
• Provide borrower assistance at closing, as needed.
• Follow up post-closing to confirm funding and payroll allocation accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mortgage processing, financial services, or BPO back-office support.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with U.S. mortgage processes, TRID compliance, and Loan Origination Systems (ARIVE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn U.S. compliance and investor requirements.
• High integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
