  • Manages the day to day activities for office management to include but not limited to coordination with government entities for permits/licenses and contracts for third party vendors.
  • Liaise with external agencies for corporate submissions and notarization.
  • Prepare and submit monthly compliance and governance reports to Management.
  • Able to identify problems, suggest and implement improvements to enhance administrative processes and overall efficiency.
  • Maintain and safeguard confidential documents and sensitive information at all times.
  • Work collaboratively in a trust-based and relational team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

Job Specification:

  • Graduate of any business course
  • Proven experience in an administrative support or compliance/audit coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and other related tools for report creation.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and displays professionalism
