Administrative Officer

- Manages the day to day activities for office management to include but not limited to coordination with government entities for permits/licenses and contracts for third party vendors.
- Liaise with external agencies for corporate submissions and notarization.
- Prepare and submit monthly compliance and governance reports to Management.
- Able to identify problems, suggest and implement improvements to enhance administrative processes and overall efficiency.
- Maintain and safeguard confidential documents and sensitive information at all times.
- Work collaboratively in a trust-based and relational team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Job Specification:
- Graduate of any business course
- Proven experience in an administrative support or compliance/audit coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other related tools for report creation.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and displays professionalism
