POSITION SUMMARY
The Compliance & Administrative Officer ensures the company complies with relevant
regulations, including BSP, AMLA, Data Privacy, and BIR e-TSP requirements. The role also
manages documentation, reporting, and administrative support for compliance activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, DPA, BIR).
● Maintain compliance documentation, records, and filing systems.
● Prepare and submit regulatory reports and supporting data.
● Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance training.
● Support merchant or partner onboarding documentation and KYC processes.
● Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams as needed.
● Track compliance deadlines and maintain calendars.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
● 1–3 years experience in compliance, administration, or financial services (preferred).
● Knowledge of BSP, AML, data privacy, or tax regulations is a plus.
● Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
● High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
