Key Responsibilities:

1.Schedule of sales/shipments from Mindanao to Manila and Cebu
customers.

  1. Shipment of Manila goods to Agusan.

  2. Receives/Distributes mails/BIR letters and other documents to the

concerned Executive/Employee.

  1. Monitor Daily Prices Report (for Daily Prices Report).

  2. Prepare price quotations for CORI customers.

  3. Monitor the Sales and Marketing emails, and phone-in inquiries.

  4. Prepare & collate documents needed for accreditation of CORI clients.

  5. Coordinate the incoming shipment from CORI Agusan and forwarders (for

pull-out and delivery to customers in Luzon).

  1. Prepares the packaging of product samples and send request for analysis

for testing to Singapore and Germany.

10.Collate supplier billings for payment which is submitted to Finance for

check preparation.

  1. Answers phone calls or ushers in visitors to offices.

12.Facilitates bookings, hotel accommodation, flights of Executives and

Officers to Agusan and back to Manila.

  1. Coordinates POs, Checks and other documents for the signature of the

Executive Vice President.

14.Handles giveaways for customers (Christmas, Chinese New Year &

Mooncake Festival).

15.Oversees and maintains Office needs/requirements/supplies and orders meals or snacks for visitors/officers.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course.
  • At least with 4 years' experience in Administrative Tasks.
  • Trustworthy
  • Can do multi-tasking
  • Computer literate.
