Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines CEO-Sidekicks Full time $30,000 - $40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update property listings in MLS
  • Handle contracts, signatures, and documentation using DocuSign
  • Support marketing efforts (social media, newsletters, CRM updates)
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and workflows through GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Conduct property research, database management, and reporting
  • Assist with transaction coordination and general admin tasks

Tools You'll Be Using:

  • MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
  • DocuSign
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • Other real estate platforms as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate VA or in the US real estate industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Willing to work with time-tracker and screen monitoring

Work Schedule:

  • Full - Time
  • Must be available during US business hours (CST/EST)
