
Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property listings in MLS
- Handle contracts, signatures, and documentation using DocuSign
- Support marketing efforts (social media, newsletters, CRM updates)
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and workflows through GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Conduct property research, database management, and reporting
- Assist with transaction coordination and general admin tasks
Tools You'll Be Using:
- MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
- GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
- DocuSign
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- Other real estate platforms as required
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate VA or in the US real estate industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Willing to work with time-tracker and screen monitoring
Work Schedule:
- Full - Time
- Must be available during US business hours (CST/EST)
