Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

Hours:
4 hours daily to start (Mon-Fri)

Job Overview:
Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Lead Generation VA
to support our wholesale real estate business. This role focuses on sourcing high-quality leads using platforms like
Propstream
,
BatchLeads
, and
BatchSkipTracing
, then organizing and tagging them in our CRM. Your work will directly support our acquisitions and sales team in identifying motivated sellers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and compile daily lead lists based on targeted criteria (e.g., absentee owners, probates, tax liens, etc.)
  • Extract property and owner data using Propstream or BatchLeads
  • Conduct skip tracing to find contact details via BatchSkipTracing
  • Accurately input and tag leads in the company CRM (REsimpli, Podio, or similar)
  • Maintain and update lead tracking reports in Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure lead quality and volume meet campaign goals

Qualifications

  • Experience with real estate lead generation (wholesale real estate a plus)
  • Proficiency with Propstream, BatchLeads, and data entry into CRMs
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow lead criteria
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting metrics
