is looking for a highly-motivated
Appointment Setter
based in the
Philippines
to join our elite team. You'll be the driving force behind our growth, responsible for connecting with
top-tier real estate agents in the US
and booking appointments for them to learn about our premium
podcast production services
.

This is not a traditional BPO role—we're offering a
massive opportunity
with a
significant base salary
plus a
lucrative, uncapped commission structure
. If you can dial fast and book appointments consistently, you will be highly rewarded.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • High-Volume Cold Calling:
    Consistently execute a minimum of
    150 dials per day
    targeting real estate agents across the United States.
  • Appointment Setting:
    Qualify leads and successfully book compelling sales appointments for our closing team.
  • CRM Management:
    Accurately log call activities, updates, and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Goal Crushing:
    Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting quotas.
  • US Shift Hours:
    Work US business hours (likely PST/EST) from your home office in the Philippines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Cold Calling Experience:
    You must have demonstrable success in high-volume cold calling, preferably in B2B or real estate-related sales.
  • Exceptional English Fluency:
    Native-level fluency, both spoken and written, with a clear, professional phone voice.
  • Relentless Work Ethic:
    You are disciplined, self-starting, and committed to hitting (and exceeding) the 150-dial minimum.
  • Strong Resilience:
    The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude throughout the workday.
  • Reliable Home Office Setup:
    Stable internet connection, reliable computer, and a quiet space for calling.
