Job Summary

The Real Estate Skip Tracer is responsible for locating property owners, tenants, or leads that are difficult to contact. This role involves in-depth research, data verification, and investigative skills to track down individuals associated with real estate properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, and skilled in using online databases and public records to locate leads.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed research to locate property owners, tenants, and leads for real estate transactions.
  • Utilize public records, online databases, social media, and other investigative tools to gather contact information.
  • Verify the accuracy of lead information and update databases accordingly.
  • Contact property owners or tenants through calls, emails, or messaging platforms to confirm information.
  • Work closely with the acquisition and sales team to provide actionable lead information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy laws during investigations.
  • Prepare reports on skip tracing activities and lead findings.
  • Continuously develop new methods and strategies to locate hard-to-find leads.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in skip tracing, investigations, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using online search tools, databases, and social media for research.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and property records is a plus.
  • Stable internet connection and reliable home-office setup.
