Your Role:

As a
Sales Development Representative
, you will:

  • Generate and qualify
    new sales opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline, passing qualified leads to Sales Representatives.
  • Execute
    outbound campaigns through personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and digital touchpoints) to engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries.
  • Research
    target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches.
  • Manage
    campaign activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting.
  • Collaborate
    with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed
    about SEBPO's services, the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (preferably in the advertising, marketing, or media industries)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects through digital channels
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent research and analytical skills for market and account profiling
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setup

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Background in a BPO, marketing, or SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and media industry trends
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving lead generation targets
