Your Role:
As a
Sales Development Representative
, you will:
- Generate and qualify
new sales opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline, passing qualified leads to Sales Representatives. - Execute
outbound campaigns through personalized outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, and digital touchpoints) to engage decision-makers in advertising, marketing, and media industries. - Research
target markets, accounts, and buyer personas to build accurate lead lists and tailored prospecting approaches. - Manage
campaign activities, leads, and outcomes in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and actionable reporting. - Collaborate
with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and improve campaign effectiveness. - Stay informed
about SEBPO's services, the global BPO market, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (preferably in the advertising, marketing, or media industries)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects through digital channels
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent research and analytical skills for market and account profiling
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setup
Preferred skills/expertise
- Background in a BPO, marketing, or SaaS environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and media industry trends
- Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving lead generation targets
