What is your mission?

We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Account Manager to manage the full sales cycle—from lead hand-off to closing deals. In this role, you'll collaborate with Lead Generation Specialists, build strong client relationships, deliver tailored proposals, and lead online presentations to secure contracts. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, experience with CRMs, and the ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to grow in the logistics and supply chain sector.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead hand-off to contract signing
  • Work closely with the Lead Generation Specialist to prioritize and pursue warm prospects
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs
  • Conduct online meetings and product demos to educate and convert leads
  • Maintain CRM records (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with detailed pipeline updates
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with integrity and profitability in mind
  • Build strong consultative relationships with prospective clients
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide insights and feedback to marketing and leadership teams
  • Stay up to date on logistics industry trends, pricing, and competitors
Who are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client-facing roles (logistics or supply chain background is a strong advantage)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Skilled in using online sales tools such as Zoom, Calendly, PandaDoc, or DocuSign
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for presentations and proposals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the drive to work independently
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for building lasting client partnerships
