- Optimize distribution and sales through private and public hospitals, government agencies, industrial accounts, and key trade partners.
- Drive market expansion through data-driven sales strategies and opportunity mapping.
- Ensure alignment between trade execution and overarching commercial and corporate objectives.
Build Long-Term, High-Value Partnerships
- Manage and grow assigned territories while exceeding performance goals.
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Negotiate win-win agreements that promote sustained growth and mutual success.
- Maintain consistent communication to support smooth product movement and proactive issue resolution.
Drive Channel Excellence Through Insights and Innovation
- Set, track, and exceed sales targets across assigned accounts and channels.
- Use performance insights and market trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Execute tactical trade promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies that strengthen visibility and drive sales.
Ensure Seamless Operations and Product Availability
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock without overages or shortages.
- Troubleshoot distribution challenges to minimize disruption and ensure market continuity.
Collaborate to Execute Trade Marketing with Impact
Your role connects strategy with execution — across internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with Marketing teams to localize campaigns that resonate with trade partners.
- Support partner teams with training and materials that enhance product promotion.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies, upholding our ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Trade Channel Management, Sales, or Distribution within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare space.
- Proven success in managing key accounts and distribution partners, with a strong track record in sales growth and market expansion.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
