
Call Center Agents for Travel and Hospitality Account

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team, a leading provider of training and development solutions in the Philippines. As a Call Center Agent for our Travel and Hospitality account, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in Mandarin. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City office.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from clients in Mandarin, providing information and assistance on a range of travel and hospitality-related inquiries
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Min. 1 year GDS tool experience (Sabre or Amadeus) in BPO or non BPO industry |
with at least 6 months Fraud experience - Schedule: 8AM-6PM Manila time | Singaporean Chinese
- Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
