This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team, a leading provider of training and development solutions in the Philippines. As a Call Center Agent for our Travel and Hospitality account, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in Mandarin. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound calls from clients in Mandarin, providing information and assistance on a range of travel and hospitality-related inquiries
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Min. 1 year GDS tool experience (Sabre or Amadeus) in BPO or non BPO industry |

    with at least 6 months Fraud experience
  2. Schedule: 8AM-6PM Manila time | Singaporean Chinese
  3. Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  6. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  7. A positive, customer-centric attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service
