We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Agent to oversee the nationwide distribution of automotive and motorcycle spare parts, including premium Japanese brands and high-quality local products. This role focuses on expanding sales coverage, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products to assigned accounts and territories across the Philippines.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and service centers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and inventory updates.
  • Conduct regular market visits, product presentations, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or distribution, preferably in automotive, motor parts, or FMCG industries.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel nationwide.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and able to drive both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
  • Willing to be assigned outside Luzon when required.
  • Based in or willing to report to Binondo, Manila.
