Job Responsibilities:

  • Audit and review sales receipts for accuracy, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and supported by relevant documentation.
  • Verify that sales receipts match point-of-sale system records, ensuring consistency and identifying discrepancies.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between sales receipts and store transactions and report any anomalies to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in audit or accounting is a plus but not required.
