We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our HR or Talent Acquisition team. The Recruitment Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring while providing a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment reports.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 per month
