  • To be responsible for ensuring smooth operational online selling transactions by fulfilling customer orders and attending to online customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Aligns with E-Commerce Associates on marketplace campaigns
  • Recommends and implements programs that would help increase or exceed target market share and monitors effectiveness of promo plans versus target objectives
  • Reviews brand's products information on marketplaces for accuracy
  • Monitors competitors' promotions and offerings
  • Fulfills customer orders
  • Responds promptly to online customer inquiries
  • Creates and edits product listings including marketing descriptions and product copy
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Utilizes customer engagement tools of the online sales platform
  • Performs other functions such as monitoring the task assigned to the subordinates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Advertising, or Entrepreneurship; Bachelor of Arts in Communications or other equivalent courses; with at least 2-3years marketing-related or ecommerce experience.
  • Willing to work in Atlanta Center, San Juan City under compress work week schedule, Mondays-Fridays.
