E-Commerce Specialist

This position provide comprehensive support for clients' E-Commerce business operations and initiatives. She or He has to work in tandem with cross-functional teams to refine E-Commerce platform operations. Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy across the eCommerce platform.
- Upload and optimize product content, including descriptions, specifications, images, and metadata for SEO.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve technical concerns.
- Support digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer behaviour, and web analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offerings online.
