Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (website, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop).
  • Plan and execute online merchandising, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, social media, paid ads, influencer campaigns) to grow traffic and sales.
  • Achieve sales targets by monitoring KPIs such as GMV, AOV, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey, from browsing to checkout, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize order fulfillment and returns.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data to recommend improvements and new strategies.
  • Lead and develop the e-commerce team while managing external vendors and marketplace partners.
  • Oversee secure payment systems and compliance with Philippine e-commerce regulations.
  • Innovate by adopting new fashion retail trends such as live selling, personalization, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; with at least 5 years of e-commerce management experience in fashion retail.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, online merchandising, and multi-platform operations (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop, website).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and analyzing e-commerce KPIs to drive growth.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing teams, vendors, and marketplace partners.
