I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Pre-Live Setup & Technical Oversight

· Check and assist with setting up the live stream area (camera angle, lighting, background, cleanliness, and noise levels).

· Ensure all streaming equipment (camera, mic, ring light, internet connection) is functioning properly.

· Coordinate with the host/talent to ensure they're camera-ready and prepared.

· Live Stream Moderation

· Monitor real-time comments and interactions during the live stream.

· Respond to inquiries, filter inappropriate comments, and manage spam or trolling behavior.

· Ensure host is following the talking points, product info, and brand tone.

· Relay questions or feedback from viewers to the host during the stream (as needed).

· Post-Live Reporting

· Record and report on viewer behavior, common issues, and tech performance.

· Review performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.

· Assist in repurposing content (clips, highlights, reposts).

· Ensure compliance with company standards and policies across all live content.

I. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Education: High School Diploma; Degree in a Marketing or relevant field will be an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in related fields of work

Other Skills:

  • Preferably residing in San Juan or nearby areas.

  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 12 Midnight.

  • Experience in live streaming, content moderation, or event management preferred.

  • Basic understanding of camera, audio, and lighting setup.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Facebook Live, etc.).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Can stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the spot. Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach & Problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of live streaming tools or platforms (Shopee, Lazada,TikTok, etc.).

  • Experience working with online influencers or hosts.

  • Flexible and resourceful; able to troubleshoot quickly under pressure.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce sales, product listings, and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
