E-Commerce Supervisor

● The E-Commerce Specialist has the primary responsibility to help manage Flagship stores in e-commerce marketplaces through product enrollment, shop content management, promo planning and enrollment, P&L simulations

● Oversees day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listing, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.

· Executes all e-commerce campaigns, activities, and collaborations based on the marketing calendar

· Optimizes and maintains Flagship store content and ensures accurate and timely alterations on a regular basis (visuals/ banners, product highlights, product information)

· Coordinates with the Supply Chain to ensure 100% stock availability across all e-commerce platforms.

· Monitors and analyzes online sales performance, campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics. This includes analysis of sell-out and shopper behavior data to strengthen channel positioning and improve customer experience.

· Performs regular competitor monitoring to bring new ideas and strategies (campaigns, launches, promotions)

· Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute branding strategies.

· Holds weekly review of ecommerce sales and upcoming actions

· Look for new opportunities to increase online sell-through

· Manages external partners / vendors supporting e-commerce operations.

· Oversees customer inquiries and ensure timely and professional resolution of concerns raised through e-commerce platforms

JOB QUALIFICATION

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce and related field.

● 2-5 years of solid experience in e-commerce,digital marketing or related roles.

● Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, branding and digital consumer behavior.

● Creative and artistic eye with the ability to conceptualize branding and marketing materials.

● Proficient in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

● Analytical mindset with experience in data tools

● Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

● Growth mindset eager to learn, adapt and grow with the company

● Willing to work on-site
