HR Recruitment Officer

The HR Recruitment Officer (Account Handler) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and employee relations process for assigned client accounts. This includes sourcing and screening applicants, ensuring compliance with company and client policies, maintaining HR records, handling employee concerns, and coordinating with clients on HR-related matters. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth HR operations and positive employee relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment
- Determine job vacancies and analyze qualifications required for each position.
- Source potential candidates through online and offline channels (e.g., Facebook, Indeed, Sikap, flyering, referrals, and job fairs).
- Advertise job openings on the company's Facebook page, job boards, and internal postings.
- Conduct applicant screening via phone, video call, or face-to-face interviews.
- Create and maintain a pool of qualified applicants.
- Endorse the most qualified candidates to clients for final evaluation.
- Coordinate and resolve HR-related concerns raised by HR counterparts or AOE employees.
- Communicate and update HR counterparts regarding the status of on-process applicants.
- Maintain current HR files and databases (e.g., MRFs and Recruitment Tracker).
- Ensure completion of employment checks and 201 files.
B. Training and Orientation
- Facilitate orientation on AOE Policies & Procedures.
- Ensure dissemination and understanding of Client Policies & Procedures.
- Conduct product knowledge orientation for newly deployed employees (as applicable).
C. Employee Relations
- Conduct initial questioning or fact-finding with AOE employees for cases raised by clients.
- Issue Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Disciplinary Action (NDA) to employees with reported incidents.
- Handle employee concerns such as salary, loans, incentives, or accidents, and endorse them to the appropriate point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
