What you'll be doing:

  1. Prepare and process invoices for clients and follow up collection including outstanding balances from clients.
  2. Maintaining robust document control systems to ensure the accurate storage, retrieval and distribution of all project-related documentation
  3. Reviewing, classifying and archiving documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  4. Tracking and monitoring the status of documents throughout their lifecycle
  5. Submit compliance requirements to client for accreditation
  6. Assist in preparing and submitting reports to LGUs or other agencies, when required
  7. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents

What we're looking for

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business course or equivalent)

  1. With at least 1 year work experience in the same category
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Self-motivated, proactive and team oriented person who can focus on achieving common goals
  4. Client service and quality oriented mindset
  5. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  6. Detail-focused document organizing abilities
