About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will provide critical administrative support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support to the management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems
- Assisting with the coordination of company events and travel arrangements
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and visitors
- Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong in Business writing communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
