We are currently hiring a Outbound Customer Sales Specialist to join our growing team and support one of our U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role is responsible for handling outbound sales calls to engage potential clients eligible for personal financial planning and credit services. The role involves conducting financial consultations, offering tailored advice to support client financial goals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Summary

The Outbound Customer Sales Specialist is responsible for handling outbound sales calls to engage potential clients eligible for personal financial planning and credit services. The role involves conducting financial consultations, offering tailored advice to support client financial goals, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires a proactive sales approach, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of financial planning and credit management.

Required Qualifications
  • Has experience in using CRM systems and call center tools.
  • Proven background in outbound calling, with a strong track record in achieving high call volumes and conversion rates.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand debt management principles and policies.
  • Familiarity with debt relief options and financial products.
  • Experience in calling both new and existing clients and building connections with potential customers.
  • Demonstrates solid organization and time management abilities to deliver on performance goals.
  • Adapt to various customer scenarios and challenges with resilience and professionalism.
  • Sales-oriented with the ability to influence client decision-making.
  • Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively relay information and solutions.
