Outbound Sales / Cold Calling Representatives
to join our growing Cebu team at IT Park.

Position Overview

This is an
in-office role
based in
Cebu IT Park
. As an Outbound Sales / Cold Calling Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses on behalf of our client, introducing services, and generating qualified leads. Your success will be measured by your ability to set appointments or live transfers with decision-makers for the client's licensed sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted businesses.
  • Present services clearly and professionally to potential customers.
  • Identify decision-makers, build interest, and qualify leads.
  • Transfer warm prospects to licensed agents or set appointments.
  • Record call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately.
  • Consistently meet performance goals for call volume, lead quality, and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling (required).
  • Appointment setting or inbound transfer experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Ability to remain professional and confident when handling objections.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by targets.
  • Willing and able to work
    on-site in Cebu IT Park
    .
