The Customer Support Specialist 3 is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with guests and clients, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at multitasking, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform booking transactions accurately and efficiently during guest calls.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to validate booking details and address inquiries.
- Manage table allotments, guest requests, and communicate check-in times.
- Coordinate with hotels and affiliates via email for passenger counts and table assignments.
- Contact waitlisted guests to offer available bookings.
- Collaborate with clients to confirm bookings and follow established protocols.
- Deliver personalized customer experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Accurately process payments and transactions during customer interactions.
- Experience in general sales, preferably in customer support or client-facing roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional phone engagement.
- Active listening to understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
- Ability to manage sensitive customer information securely.
- Skilled at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Effective prioritization to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Professional and empathetic in handling complaints and resolving conflicts.
- Capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexible in adapting to changes in procedures, technology, or requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
