Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Upselling Experience

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative with proven upselling skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services in a professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively recommend relevant products, upgrades, or add-on services.
  • Meet and exceed upselling targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and active listening.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a BPO or sales-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in upselling and achieving sales or revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert opportunities into sales without compromising customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, call handling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
