Outbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and driven Outbound Sales Specialist to work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

This role is ideal for someone with telesales or outbound sales experience who thrives on building connections, generating leads, and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support – BDM Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate regular meetings with BDMs to align on upcoming sales trips and focus regions/cities for appointment-setting calls.

  • Maintain a shared task list to track action items, ownership, and progress.

  • Sales Support – CRM Management

  • Enter sales visit and call notes from BDMs into the CRM system.

  • Set up follow-up actions on behalf of BDMs.
  • Record and monitor BDM sales activity KPI data.

  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

  • Make outbound calls in English to customers in Australia/New Zealand, UK, or USA.

  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments for BDMs.

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales, outbound sales support, or lead generation.
  • Previous experience selling capital equipment (i.e. industrial manufacturing and heavy engineering)
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Resilient and tenacious, with the drive to consistently make outbound customer calls.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools.
  • Post-graduate qualification preferred.
  • Willing to work Australian working hours.
  • Open to work onsite or relocate in Angeles City, Pampanga.
