Role Purpose:
The Outbound Lead Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to realtors, property managers, apartment communities, and other businesses. This role drives brand awareness and fills the sales pipeline by creating qualified leads for the Inside Sales Team.

- Coordination with Marketing & Sales
- Brand Representation
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage large contact lists.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Experience using CRM systems (Smart Moving, Salesforce, or similar).
- Team player who collaborates with Marketing and Sales toward shared goals.
