Full job description

As an HR Supervisor , you will play a key role in managing the human resources department and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Some responsibilities include:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Overseeing the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinating with department managers to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Ensuring fair and effective hiring practices.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

  • Acting as a bridge between employees and management.
  • Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Performance Management & Training

  • Assisting in performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Identifying training needs and organizing employee development programs.
  • Encouraging career growth opportunities within the company.

Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensuring company policies align with labor laws and regulations.
  • Updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing disciplinary actions and ensuring fair treatment of employees.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assisting with payroll processing, leaves, and benefits management.
  • Ensuring employees receive proper compensation and benefits.
  • Addressing payroll-related concerns or discrepancies.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Generating reports on workforce analytics, turnover rates, and hiring trends.
  • Using HR metrics to improve decision-making.

Workplace Safety & Well-being

  • Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conducting workplace safety training and initiatives.
  • Handling employee wellness programs.

Skills Required :
