Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist/ Manager with a generalist background and proven expertise in Learning & Development to join our dynamic HR team. This role combines broad HR responsibilities with a focus on developing and implementing effective training programs. Candidates should also bring managerial experience, having led teams or HR functions with a strategic and operational mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR policy guidance
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Design, develop, and implement effective training programs for employees, supervisors, clients, and partners
  • Conduct training needs analysis to align learning strategies with business goals
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and skill-building programs (in-person and virtual)
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery and tracking
  • Provide leadership or oversight in managing small teams or HR projects
  • Support strategic HR planning in collaboration with department heads and senior leadership
  • Mentor junior HR staff or trainers, fostering growth and professional development
  • Lead or support change management initiatives, culture-building activities, and succession planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in Learning & Development
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity within HR or L&D functions

This is a HYBRID set up and MID SHIFT schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php70,000.00 per month
