Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative & Customer Support Virtual Assistant to help manage daily business operations and client communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent English communication skills, and provides professional and friendly service at all times. You will handle both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send daily SMS reminders and follow up with client calls as needed.
- Manage inbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure top-quality customer service.
- Assist with pricing inquiries and help close sales by clearly communicating business offerings.
- Handle scheduling, data entry, and client coordination efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain organized records and support the team in administrative needs.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly and reliable, with a genuine passion for customer care.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Rapid1), scheduling systems, and call management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Understanding of CRM workflows and client data management.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with SMS platforms and client communication tools.
